The Easy March Fitness Challenge That's Perfect For Your Abs & Buns!
It's Officially MARCH! Can you believe it? It feels like I just counted down from 10 to 1 & yelled Happy New Year! Well, Summer is around the corner & we all know that Summer Bodies are made in The Winter! So, Being that I'm not an overly athletic person & a few failed attempts to do full workouts at a Gym, I've decided to take an easier route. I made a point for the new year to complete a different 30 day challenge every month! Not too strenuous or too difficult, just something to do for about 30 minutes everyday.
In January, I completed a 30 day Abs & Squats challenge and by the end of it, I felt my body change. It was a lot more tone and defined. My butt lifted a bit and my abs were forming! It didn't take a gym membership sweating profusely... Just a commitment! The challenge consisted of squats, sit ups and crunches! I completed it on my yoga mat in my house. You can google "30 Day Abs & Squats Challenge" & find so many different versions that you can follow.
I took a break on the fitness challenge in February. I was too excited and way too busy planning my Miami Trip. While I was in Miami, I ate more than a family of 20 and I just wasn't worried about anymore exercising in that Month!
Now, It's March and the Spring and Summer seasons are literally around the corner. It's time for me to get back to work on this body! So, I'm quite slim. I've been 100 lbs all my life and I now weigh 121, The most I've ever been. My goal weight is 130 lbs because I think that weight will be good for me and my height. So, with that said, I'm not interested in losing weight, I'm interested in being fit and a little toned still maintaining my lady figure (not being overly-muscular). So, I'm focused only on my abs & buns! If you can relate, feel free to join me in this Month's challenge. It's a 14 day challenge that I found on Buzz Feed so I'll be doing it twice this Month.
